A new and interesting form of food seasoning has recently appeared on the market and this is truffle salt. While I have not tried it myself yet, I will give you my opinion of this truffle salt.
The truffles are actually black truffles. They are sold in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors and all of them can be used in the recipes for different types of dishes. And their taste is quite distinct because unlike the black caviar, they taste like chocolate!
